What did Norco Music mean to you?

Norco Music meant a great deal to me. The program taught me how to take a chance on myself and pushed me to become my best self—both professionally and personally.

Favorite memory from your time there?

My favorite memory was during my last two semesters at Norco, when I had the chance to build with Damian, Isaac, and Adam. That’s when I really started to break out of my shell.

What are you doing now?

Right now, I’m a published songwriter signed to Warner Chappell Music, and I’ve been writing for artists for the past three and a half years.

What’s the biggest challenge you’ve faced?

The biggest challenge I’ve faced in my career has been making it financially sustainable. Music is one of the hardest careers to break into—especially when you’re trying to support yourself with just that alone. But over time, you learn how to navigate it. You discover that success requires more than just singing or songwriting. Sometimes you’re vocal producing, sometimes you’re producing the music yourself—you wear many hats.

Project you’re most proud of?

I’m probably most proud of the work I did with an artist named Tink on her last project, Winter’s Diary 5.

Was there a moment you knew you were on the right path?

To be honest, I don’t know if I’ve had that “I’ve made it” moment yet. I just keep going because it simply feels right. Even as a child, I knew this was the path for me. I trust my heart when it comes to my career, and I figure it out as I go.

How do you stay inspired?

I stay inspired by living honestly. When I’m not in a place where I can fully experience life—whether through adventure, fun, or rest—I feel disconnected. But when I’m intentional with my day and really make the most of it, the inspiration is overflowing.

What advice would you give current Norco Music students?

Trust your heart. It’s okay to ask for opinions, but use discernment. Know that not every day will be sunshine and rainbows—but the joy you choose to carry can change how even the cloudiest day feels. And if nothing else brings you more happiness than doing what you love, keep doing it.
