Norco Music is excited to announce our third annual Battle of the Bands! Showcase your talent and compete for glory in this epic musical showdown. Submissions are due by Saturday, October 10. Finalists will be notified by Saturday, October 17, and the final battle will take place in front of a live audience with your friends, family, and fans on Friday, November 20, 2026 @ 6PM in the Norco College Little Theater.

Prizes:

• First Place: $300

• Second Place: $200

• Third Place: $100

  All competing bands will also have the opportunity to be invited to perform in a paid slot at NOMU Fest on Friday, May 21, 2027.

Bands will be judged on five key areas:

• Musicianship: Technical skill, accuracy, and timing

• Stage Presence: Energy, confidence, audience interaction, and overall performance

• Originality: Creativity, song structure, and arrangement

• Cohesion: How well the band performs together with balance, clarity, and synchronization

• Crowd Reaction: The audience’s overall excitement and engagement
