Storytelling: Bridging Gaps, Building Futures

Norco College proudly presents the 2025 Equity Summit, “Storytelling: Bridging Gaps, Building Futures,” on Friday, April 4, 2025 (10 AM—3 PM). This transformative professional development event (including Equity FLEX credit) invites faculty, college employees, and community partners to engage in meaningful conversations on equity, diversity, and inclusion through the power of storytelling.

A keynote speaker from a diverse background will share their unique experiences, highlighting how personal narratives bridge cultural, social, and generational divides. Their insights will set the stage for interactive breakout sessions, where participants will explore storytelling as a tool for fostering understanding, building connections, and inspiring action.

The summit aims to create a space where attendees feel empowered to share their stories, learn from others, and contribute to an equitable and inclusive environment at Norco College. This event will strengthen the college’s commitment to a more just and connected community by celebrating differences, challenging inequities, and inspiring future leaders.

Through shared stories and collective action, the 2025 Equity Summit will inspire, connect, and transform Norco College as it continues its mission to build a brighter, more equitable future for all.
